"Unexpectedly error" it says, and it tells me that every time I try to open. I erased preferences, restarted my computer... nothing worked.
For now I can use Painter and of course I can do things traditionally (gasp!) but more then just not being able to work on PhotoShop, my brother (who is the family tech guy) says it might be my hard drive....

i don't know where else i can post comments, so i guess i'll post here...for the banner i know the width is 660 pixels and i think i guessed at the height, but i think it's around 200 or 300 or something...unfortunately i deleted my file otherwise i could tell you for sure! i think i uploaded mine like 3 times before i got it to fit right...good luck!
I actually got PhotoShop to work again! I looked at Adobe forum, and someone had a similar problem and the way to fix it worked for mine too. :3
Tara~~~. How did you change it though? Through the "Edit html" or through "Customize Design"?
OMG life w/out Photoshop is not life worth living! Glad it worked out, forums are thre shit, yo. :D
i changed the banner through "customize" i think? i don't quite remember but i think that's right...
